About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers throughout their service experience. You’ll ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service while supporting the service department to achieve its performance targets.
 
Job Summary:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repairs
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their service-related inquiries
  • Effectively schedule service appointments and manage the service team's workload
  • Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service-related documentation and invoicing
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized service department
Essential: 
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems and related software
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering high-quality service
  • A commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical business practices
