Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within an independent garage setting. Competence in performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. Level 2 or Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Repair qualification (or equivalent). Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
