This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing site undergoing significant expansion, creating the need for a strong leader to take the service department to the next level. The Role: Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy service department, leading a team of 18 staff including service advisors, technicians, and support personnel. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the brand’s premium standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy, professional workshop where quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are paramount. The Role: As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role within the workshop, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer standards while supporting junior team members.
