The Role: As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading the sales department, achieving business objectives and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Driving new and used vehicle sales performance. Maximising finance and additional product opportunities. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered. Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective sales strategies. Supporting the development and progression of team members. Maintaining a customer-first approach across all areas of the sales operation. About You: Has a proven track record in a General Sales Manager/ Sales Manager role Is commercially focused with a passion for delivering results. Has excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills. Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Can demonstrate strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, including finance and additional products. Holds a full UK driving licence. What’s on Offer: Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme. We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead the aftersales function and ensure a first-class customer experience.
