Maintain accurate records of work carried out for each vehicle. Assist in identifying potential issues and providing solutions to clients. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within an independent garage setting. Competence in performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. Level 2 or Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Repair qualification (or equivalent). Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The Role: As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and managing all service enquiries. Booking vehicles into the workshop and scheduling work efficiently. Liaising with technicians to provide accurate updates and repair recommendations. Preparing estimates, job cards and invoices. Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. This is a new role due to growth, not a replacement, offering the chance to work alongside a fantastic, supportive Manager in a business with an excellent reputation. The Role: As Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit.
