Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with luxury or high-performance brands. Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Strong diagnostic capability and in-depth understanding of vehicle systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Confident communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
