You’ll handle telephone enquiries, manage parts orders, and arrange delivery to relevant dealerships for collection. This is a key role in maintaining strong relationships with their trade customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories. Handle inbound and outbound calls for parts orders and inquiries Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management. Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
