Automotive Aftersales Advisor Prestige Independent Specialist Garage Based in the Paddock Wood area £35,500 Per Annum (£28-30k Basic Salary + Team Bonus Scheme) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.15pm + 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings Monday Matters Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-established independent prestige specialist who is looking to recruit an additional Aftersales Advisor to support their existing team of two. This is a new role due to growth, not a replacement, offering the chance to work alongside a fantastic, supportive Manager in a business with an excellent reputation. The Role: As Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit. Your duties will include: Handling telephone enquiries Greeting customers on arrival Communicating with customers throughout the day, advising of any additional work required Liaising closely with the workshop Ordering parts as needed The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 12–18 months’ customer-facing experience within the motor trade Confident, professional, and customer-focused Able to deliver a high standard of service to help uphold the company’s strong reputation Organised and comfortable working in a busy environment Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturday mornings: 8:00am – 12:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, paid at overtime rates) Company Benefits: Monthly team bonus (circa £5,500 per annum) Overtime paid for Saturday mornings Pension scheme Health scheme On-site parking 22 days’ holiday, rising with length of service This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected independent business where teamwork, customer care, and staff wellbeing are genuinely valued. Vehicle Technician – High Performance Specialist Location: Slough Salary: 38,000 - £40,000 Basic + Bonus Hours: Monday- Friday – 8.30-5PM - No weekends About the Role My client is growing specialist independent garage focused on the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of high-end German performance vehicles. Their workshop works extensively across premium German brands and the wider performance market. Precision, quality workmanship, and advanced diagnostics are at the core of everything we do. They are seeking a fully skilled and experienced Technician to join their small but expanding team. This role would suit someone confident in all aspects of mechanical and diagnostic work who is looking to be part of a specialist environment where quality comes first. Experience with German performance brands is highly desirable, though candidates from other high-performance automotive backgrounds will also be considered.
