I have spent over a decade recruiting for the automotive industry and before launching Monday Matters Recruitment with Charlotte, I spent ten years at a National Automotive Recruitment Agency as a Senior Consultant for London and the South East.
I am extremely passionate about the motor trade and I still have the same joy and satisfaction for every successful placement as I did the day I started.
I understand the unique demands of the automotive sector, and have successfully navigated the complexities of recruiting for a range of roles, within various types of businesses. My industry knowledge and extensive network has enabled me to identify and place candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also align with the culture and long-term vision of the companies they serve.
