Skills & Experience Required: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus. Proficient in using computer systems and software related to service scheduling and customer management. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
