Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to provide accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Review and interpret repair procedures, parts, and labor requirements for damaged vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and repair staff to facilitate the repair process.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to document assessments and generate reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in vehicle repair.
  • Work collaboratively with the repair team to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or in a similar estimating role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and parts pricing.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills for accurate damage assessment.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and other relevant computer programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
