Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients by advising on the selection and availability of automotive parts.
  • Manage parts inventory efficiently, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are processed promptly.
  • Assist in the identification of customer needs, recommending fitting and assembly options as necessary.
  • Collaborate with service and repair departments to streamline parts procurement for ongoing jobs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all details are logged in the dealership's systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product developments to offer knowledgeable advice.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing parts inventory and orders.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and products is essential.
