This is a new role due to growth, not a replacement, offering the chance to work alongside a fantastic, supportive Manager in a business with an excellent reputation. The Role: As Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment and has a strong background in B2B trade sales. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-activity sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term relationships with professional customers such as workshops, specialists, and performance-focused garages. The Role: As Trade Parts Sales Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day sales performance while contributing to wider commercial strategy. The environment is demanding and high-intensity, with strong emphasis on call activity, speed of response, margin control, and structured processes.
